Colin Godby founded Dust Moto to build electric dirt bikes in America, with a domestic supply chain behind them.

Heading into the 2025 launch of its first model, the Model_1, Dust Moto needed assembly, warehousing, and delivery without building each one itself. It found them through Bloom’s network, which it joined in 2024.

Dust Moto builds in Detroit and tests in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The network carries the bikes from Michigan to riders nationwide.

"From the start, Dust has been committed to developing a best-in-class American assembly platform to fulfill our mission of becoming the #1 US dirt bike brand, globally. Bloom is leading the pack by building an amazing ecosystem that will allow us to achieve our goals, both near-term and at scale."
Colin Godby, CEO and Founder, Dust Moto

What the network did for Dust Moto

  • Early production batches

Assembly providers in the network build Dust Moto’s early batches.

  • Warehousing near buyers

Bikes wait in network warehouses closer to the regions that buy them, which shortens delivery and lowers shipping cost.

  • No-box delivery

Bikes reach a rider’s door or a retailer’s floor out of the box and are ready to ride.
