Cake is a Scandinavian brand of electric scooters, motorcycles, and e-bikes. In 2024 its North American business relaunched under new ownership, Emoto Supply Co., and the new owners had to relocate the inventory and set up a logistics operation from scratch. They posted the warehousing, logistics, and rework through Bloom, and providers in the network took it on.
Within two weeks, providers in the network had warehousing, inventory inspection, and cataloging running. The first job was replacement parts for existing Cake owners. Assembly, rework, and reverse logistics then came on as the business grew.
